The COMPASS™ platform uses AES-256 encryption, role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, and complete audit logging. Demo inquiry data is held with appropriate administrative and technical security controls.
5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

Platform Security Standards
COMPASS™ is built to HIPAA technical safeguard requirements: AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit; role-based access control with multi-factor authentication; complete audit logging across all three portals; logical data segmentation by organization.
Infrastructure BAA
Database infrastructure is provisioned on a BAA-eligible plan. BAA execution with all infrastructure providers is completed prior to any PHI entering the platform.
